Enrollment

  • If an applicant receives an invoice according to pass to admission, he/she shall pay a tuition fee and other expenses within a certain period and apply a visa with a standard admission permit to be issued by the School.

  • Tuition Fee : The holder of D2 visa shall pay a tuition fee for one(1) year (4 sessions) before entering Korea.A tuition fee is scheduled to adjust in every Spring session and therefore, it is settled in principle after determining a tuition fee of the school year even though a student who is holding D2 visa has already paid a tuition fee in advance.

  • An overseas student shall be taken as a self-employed insured of the Korean National Health Insurance from March of 2021 pursuant to the National Health Insurance Act and the Enforcement Rules of the Act and shall be obliged to pay the insurance premium.

  • Above fees and expenses may depend on the situation.

  • All charges to be generated when paying above fees and expenses shall be borne by a student.

  • Any student shall notify his/her schedule to enter Korea to the school by e-mail (hyokls@hyo.ac.kr) two(2) weeks before. (hyokls@hyo.ac.kr)

Refund :

  • Any student may apply to refund and be refunded according to the internal guidelines of SSH Korean Language School.
  • Any charge for domestic and/or overseas remittance to be generated in refunding shall be borne by an applicant.
  • If a student residing in a foreign country failed to get a visa,

  • If a student got a visa after enrollment to the school and then he/she requested to refund for the reason of homecoming or entrance to another school/university, etc.
